项目摘要

本年度の研究は、(1)文献・資料収集、(2)学会報告、(3)レフェリー制のある雑誌への投稿を目指して行われた。それぞれの結果はつぎの通りである。(1)文献・資料収集:資料収集については、平成7年2月時点で完了した。本年度の研究にはその一部が使用された。資料コピーおよび文献の講読にあたっては、本学部大学院生(ドイツ人留学生)の協力を得た(謝金の使用)。なお、資料収集とは性格が異なるが、企業システム論ならびに経営史的手法の学習を目的として、経営史学会大会に参加した(1994年11月12/13日)。(2)学会報告(旅費の一部を使用):本年度の研究成果の一つとして、1994年土地制度史学会秋季学術大会の自由論題報告として「1980年代における東ドイツの工業管理システムとその問題点-電機・電子・精密機器工業の事例から-」(1994年10月22日)を発表した。大会参加を前後して行われた諸研究会や大会当日の討論で得られた意見・批判は、歴史実証の方法論、理論上の新たな論点を考え、論文に活かしていくうえで非常に有益なものであった。(3)レフェリー制のある雑誌への投稿:学会報告後の課題は、論文の執筆であった。現在、3度目の草稿を作成しているが、今年度中の投稿にはこぎ着けなかった。学会報告時の原稿の前半部分を大幅カットし、まったく新たな章を設けたことが、主なる理由である。このような措置に踏み切ったのは、報告を前後して発注していた文献が集まりはじめ、新たに書き加えたい項目(報告時に明かでなかった事実関係など)が出てきたこと、それによって80年代の東ドイツ工業の内容と性格がより鮮明になると考えたことによる。対象を「80年代」にしぼり、より詳細に描くために、あえてその手法を採らざるをえなかった(投稿規定ページ数制約も関連)。平成7年4月に投稿することを予定している。

This year's research includes: (1) literature and data collection;(2) academic reports; and (3) research and publication guidelines.それぞれの结果はつぎの通りである。(1)Literature·Data collection: Data collection was completed in February 2007 This year's research is part of the use of the. The data was collected by the Faculty of Science and Technology (Faculty of Science and Technology). Attended the General Meeting of the Institute of Management History (November 12/13, 1994). (2)Report of the Institute (Part of the cost of use): A review of the research results of this year, a free paper presented at the 1994 Fall Academic Conference of the Institute of Land System History,"Problems in Industrial Management in the 1980s-Examples of Electrical, Electronic, and Precision Machinery Industries"(October 22, 1994). Before and after the conference, the discussion on the day of the conference was very useful. (3)レフェリー制のある雑志への投稿:学会报告后の课题は、论文の执笔であった。Now, the draft of the third grade project is made, and the submission of the middle grade project is made. The first half of the manuscript of the Society's report was greatly revised. This is the first time that I've ever been involved in a project.
