We held a monthly meeting for studying and discussing trends of utilization of information network system with members of research group in Operations Research Society of Japan. There we surveyed through several case studies on open computer network and its management, trends of intranet, security problem of internet and so on.We also planned two syposiums on information network technology and its social impacts, which were held on December 7-9,1995 and December 5-7,1996. At the symposiums we dicussed extensively about the topics on the crisis management of communication network systems, especially risk management problms encountered at the Earthquake Disaster of Hanshin District, matters of National Infrastructure of Information and Communication Network, problems of implicating multimedia services, tendency of telework and its influence to Japanese management style and so on. All reports presented at symposiums are printed in the Final Report to Grant-in-Aid Scientific Research.

我们与日本运筹学会研究小组成员举行了一次月度会议，研究和讨论信息网络系统的利用趋势。通过对开放式计算机网络及其管理、内部网发展趋势、因特网安全问题等方面的案例研究，对信息网络技术及其社会影响进行了综述，并于1995年12月7- 9日和1996年12月5- 7日分别举办了两次研讨会。在研讨会上，我们广泛讨论了通信网络系统危机管理的主题，特别是坂神地震灾害中遇到的风险管理问题，国家信息和通信网络基础设施问题，涉及多媒体服务的问题，远程工作的趋势及其对日本管理风格的影响等。在研讨会上提出的所有报告都打印在最后报告中，以资助。帮助科学研究。
