本研究は、中国の自動車産業と部品産業における経営管理と部品生産システムについて、体系的・組織的に研究するための準備として、企画調査を行ったものである。その成果は、次のように要約される。1.中国および欧米研究者との連絡(1)中国の研究機関との連絡については、研究対象と研究方法を中心に、中国の経営学会等との協議を重ね、現地の自動車工場と部品工場における本格的な調査・研究を行うための準備調査を行った。その結果、(1)調査地域は、上海、天津および北京、長春の3ヵ所とする、(2)各地域において、現地学会を通じて調査票による事前調査を行い、しかるのちに現地調査を行う、(3)現地調査においては、現地の研究者と専門家にも協力を依頼する等の了解を得ることができた。(2)欧米において、中国の自動車産業と部品産業を研究する学者との協力については、ドイツ、フランス、アメリカとの連絡を行い、国際的な連携のもとに本格的な調査・研究を行うことに関する了解を得ることができたとくにドイツの研究者と連携して、ドイツにおける先行研究に関する資料に基づき、機械産業における技術関連を考慮した中国自動車・部品産業の発展研究への基礎を得ることができた。2.基礎研究資料の収集と整理上述の研究を遂行するために必要な前提条件として、基礎的な資料の収集と整理を行った。とくに、(1)自動車産業と部品産業の基礎データの収集、(2)産業政策と各企業の事業展開に関する公開資料の収集、(3)中国企業および自動車産業に関する専門家の意見の収集、(4)中国の自動車・部品産業の経営に関する年表の作成等を行った。

This study aims at the preparation and investigation of automobile industry and component industry in China. The results of the survey are as follows: 1.
