This study is regard to the process of the making-constitution in the Republic of South Africa.The study in first year was the consideration to the process of the making-constitution by the constitutional parliament that was established at the general election in 1994. It was analyzed, in such cosideration, for the interim report of the draft of the constitution announced by the constitutional parliament at Nov.of 1995.The study in second year was the consideration to all of the process that was approved for the draft by the constitutional parliament in Nov.of 1996, and promulgated the new constituion by the President in Feb.of 1997.This study was completed in the third year, therefore, the study in this year reexamined and arranged all of the process of the making-constitution, and further, considered for the roles and its effect of the new constitution, under the political guidance by President Mandera, for the constitution of the society of the race-conciliation.The result of this study was published for the report in Feb.of 1998.

本研究以南非共和国的制宪过程为研究对象，第一年的研究是对1994年大选产生的制宪议会的制宪过程的思考。第二年的研究是对1996年11月宪法议会通过宪法草案的全部过程进行的审议，1997年2月，总统颁布了新宪法。这项研究是在第三年完成的，因此，今年的研究重新审视和安排了整个制宪过程，并进一步，在曼德拉总统的政治指导下，对新宪法的作用和影响进行了研究，并对种族和解协会的宪法进行了研究，研究结果发表在1998年2月的报告中。
