全部床義歯の製作を希望する5名の全部床義歯装着者を対象として、補綴治療前の旧義歯と、義歯を製作し諸調整の終了した新義歯について、咀嚼能力を咀嚼食品の粉砕粒子の大きさ、咀嚼リズムの分析、摂取可能食品のアンケート調査によって評価した。この5人の被験者の新旧義歯について測定を行い、合計10症例のデータが得られた。このデータを各評価値の相関と、新旧義歯の評価値の変化の相関に分け分析を行っている。すなわち旧義歯と新義歯の咀嚼能力の評価値の変化を3つの評価法で得られた評価値から計算し、変化の方向性が同じであるか検討している。変化の方向性が同一であるとは、例えば新義歯で旧義歯より1つの評価値が向上した被験者では、他の2つの評価値も向上する傾向があることを意味する。さらに方向性が同じである場合、変化した量に相関がみられるか検討する予定である。今後各評価法間に密接な相関が認められれば1つの評価値から他の評価値を予測することもでき、どの方法も単独で総合的な咀嚼能力の評価をある程度しうると結論できる。また相関が低い場合は同一被験者で補綴治療前の旧義歯と新義歯間の咀嚼能力の変化を評価し、3つの方法で同様に変化を評価できるかを分析する。同様に評価できる場合、被験者の個人差を排除すれば3つの方法の評価値は互いに相関もつと結論できる。

All dental prosthetics were produced in five patients, and all dental prosthetics were evaluated in the study of the size of powder particles in chewing foods, chewing quality analysis, and selection of possible foods. In total, 10 cases of the disease were detected. The correlation between the evaluation values of the new and old definitions is analyzed. The evaluation value of chewing ability between the old and new meanings is calculated by the evaluation method, and the orientation of chewing ability is discussed by the same method. The orientation of the change is the same as that of the old meaning. The evaluation value of the new meaning is upward. The evaluation value of the other meaning is upward. The directionality is the same as the case, and the quantity is the same as the case. In the future, the evaluation methods are closely related to each other, and the evaluation methods are independently combined to evaluate the chewing ability. The evaluation of masticatory ability between the old and new teeth before repair treatment in the same patient was carried out in the same case. For the same evaluation, the individual difference of the victim is excluded. For the evaluation of the method, the correlation is included.
