本研究はNEW HOUSING研究の一環として単親世帯に着目し、その居住特性を明らかにした上で、新たに現れてきているコミュニティ・ハウジングとしての生活協同型住宅を調査することにより、建築計画の立場から単親世帯への住宅供給の今後のあり方を考察することを目的としている.研究計画としては、単親世帯のなかでも比較的居住問題が顕著に現れている母子世帯を対象として、(1)既存統計資料及び文献より居住の現状及び住宅政策の現行制度の内容、問題点を検討し、(2)母子世帯の任意グループ関係者へのヒヤリング調査から居住特性を明らかとして上で、(3)任意団体からの紹介により生活協同型住宅の典型事例に対する訪問調査を行い、結果的には単親世帯における新たな居住形態の特性を明らかとし、筆者のこれまでの若年・中年単身世帯、シニア・高齢者世帯のNEW HOUSING研究と併せ、単親世帯のNEW HOUSINGを位置づけるまでの調査を実施する予定であった。今年度の実施結果は、(1)(2)の調査に関しては計画通りに行ったが(3)の調査では典型事例が把握できなかったため、新しい居住形態(生活協同型住宅)に関する意向を調べる目的で任意団体会員の母子世帯に対してのアンケート調査に変更とした。アンケートの結果では相互扶助を持つ生活協同型住宅は特に年収300万円以下の低所得母子世帯層において積極的な意向がみられた。そして母子世帯の潜在的なニーズを解消することが予想され、公的支援の充実によっては展開の可能性があることが明らかとなった。しかし、これまで行ってきたシニアや高齢者の生活協同型住宅の研究のように典型事例を把握することができず、NEW HOUSINGとしての位置づけには至らなかった。今後の課題としては、単親世帯の場合では居住特性の分析よりもむしろ生活協同型住宅の設立に関する問題点及び建設の可能性についての研究が必要であると考えられる。

This study is a part of the NEW HOUSING study, which aims to investigate the future of residential supply in the community, from the standpoint of building planning, and from the perspective of residential supply in the community. The research plan includes: (1) Existing statistical data and literature;(2) A survey on the relationship between the mother and child;(3) A survey on the relationship between the mother and child;(4) A survey on the relationship between the mother and child;(5) A survey on the relationship between the mother and child;(6) A survey on the relationship between the mother and child; and (7) A survey on the relationship between the mother and child.(3) The investigation of typical examples of cooperative residential buildings in arbitrary groups, the investigation of the characteristics of new residential forms in different social groups, the investigation of the location of new HOUSING in different social groups, and the investigation of the location of new HOUSING in different social groups. This year's implementation results include: (1)(2) survey related to planned communication;(3) survey typical examples;(4) survey related to new residential patterns (collaborative living);(5) survey related to the purpose of any group member's parent-child relationship; and (6) survey related to family planning. The result is mutual support and support. The cooperative housing has a low income of less than 3 million yuan per year. The mother and child have a positive intention. The potential of the mother and child system is eliminated, and the public support is fully developed. A typical example of the study of cooperative HOUSING for high-rise people is to grasp the position of NEW housing and to change the situation. The future topic is to analyze the characteristics of residential buildings in different social situations, and to examine the problems and possibilities related to the establishment of cooperative residential buildings.
