项目摘要
Search for protease which supervises ultraviolet ray (UV)-response mechanisms in human cells was made. First, partial purification of protease itself was done by establishment of affinity chromatography. Second, several genes, which may be related with protease and/or its metabolism, were detected by differential display methods in cell lines with and without protease inducibility after UV.Thus, we could find out the methods for obtaining protease or its-related genes, although it is required for us to make more efforts.
