本研究では、わが国を取り巻くアジア諸国の経済成長がわが国の地域経済に与える影響を予測し、こうした状況の中で高速道路をはじめとするわが国の地域政策がその国際競争力の向上に如何なる効果を発揮するのかについて分析する新たな地域計量モデルの開発を行った。本モデルは、従来、国際経済学の分野で提案されてきた国際貿易モデルと、地域経済学の分野で提案されてきた地域計量モデルを統合したモデル構造となっており、国際的な経済環境の変化が地域経済に与える影響を把えると同時に、国内における地域政策の実施がその国際競争力に与える影響を把握することができる構造になっている。また、このモデルは、多地域一般均衡理論の枠組みで価格変数を内生化することにより、地域の国際的な価格競争力の大きさを明示的に扱うことが可能となった。さらに、本研究では、通産省の地域間産業連関表およびアジア経済研究所の国際産業連関表を用いてモデルのパラメータ推定を行った。また、2時点のデータを用いてモデルの予測精度を検討し、概ね良好な結果を得ることができた。しかし、現段階では、生産・消費に関するパラメータを外生的に与えているため、このモデルを用いて将来予測を行うためにはその内生化を図っていく必要がある。今後は、こうした課題を克服した上で、このモデルを用いて中国等の経済発展がわが国の地域経済に与える影響を予測分析すること等に取り組んでいく予定である。

This study aims to analyze the impact of regional economic growth on China's regional economy, predict the state of China's highways, and develop the results of China's regional policies on international competitiveness. The division of international trade and regional economics is proposed to integrate regional measurement and structure, and the international economic environment is transformed into regional economy and influence. Meanwhile, the implementation of regional policies in China and the international competitiveness are grasped. The theory of multi-regional general equilibrium is based on the theory of internal biochemistry and regional international competitiveness. In this study, the regional industrial relations table of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry and the international industrial relations table of the National Research Institute were used to estimate the regional industrial relations. In addition, the prediction accuracy of the 2-point digital monitor was evaluated and good results were obtained. In the present stage, production and consumption are related to exogenous factors and future prediction factors. In the future, we will overcome the problem of "three problems" and "three problems" in the development of China, etc., and predict and analyze the impact of regional economic development in China.
