项目摘要

If we can use the Internet TV meeting system for education, we are able to use a support of local education and a lifelong learning. So, this research has a distance learning to use Internet and TV meeting and after that we had the investigation of consciousness at students. We discuses that we can use this system for the distance learning.Experiments 1 : First time we had the distance learning to connect Y University between to H University at morning in November 7 Th 1997. The teacher spoke to the netiquette in front of a camera with a presentation paper. Second time, we had a repeat something to not hear last time at morning in December 14Th. The teacher just spoke in front of a camera. After that, the students had a questionnaire for investigation of consciousness. In the result, 48% students were interested in the distance learning. And 86% students wanted to meet a teacher near. So, 57% students think that a few time distance learning is good until one semester. That students think that a few distance learning is nice but they want to meet and speak to teacher.Experiment 2 : We had a cross lecture between university, First time, a teacher of K university taught the netiquette in K university. The K University's students stay K University to hear that, H University's students stay H University to hear that. Second time. American professor spoke the education to use Internet in U.S.A.The students had the questionnaire in both times. In the result, more 50% students were interested in the distance learning. But they said difficult to hear a teacher's voice by Internet.In the result of both experiment, when we must change how to send a voice. we can use a few time the distance learning by Internet in one semester, .
