Development of the Training System of the Keyboarding for the Visually Impaired.

本研究旨在开发视障者键盘输入训练系统。通过摄像机和离线行为分析系统的记录，分析了位置和运动。在此基础上，开发了通过语音合成装置向用户呈现课题的训练系统，完成了基本系统的开发。用户对系统的评价总体上是好的。但是选择训练数据需要很多时间，预计还需要进一步的检查。特别是对视障人士来说，认识汉字是非常重要的。移动手指与完整拼写汉字的难度的测量问题没有得到解决。

The purpose of this research was to develop the training system of the keyboarding for the visually impaired. By the recordings of a video camera and off-line behavior analysing system, the positions and movements were analysed. And then the training system that presented the subjects to users by a voice-synthesized device was developed.Development of the basic system was complete. The evaluation of the users to the system was good on the whole. But it took a lot of time to select the data for the training, and further examinations were expected. Especially an understanding of chinese characters on the visually impaired was thought to be very important. The problem of the measurement of the difficulty to move fingers in relation to full spelling of the chinese characters was left unresolved.
