1. The Purpose and Process of the Research : Nowadays The Town and Villege Councils are expected to find and creat the volunteer activities and to be more popular to the town people than before in order to let people to know the socialsevices information . The Research was conducted to hear to 1 6 and 20 representatives of volunteer groups in S and M town, conectted with 2 their cordinators and 4 representatives of NPO groups to serve home-help serives already in big city near to the two towns. The purposes of the research are four, such as 1) the charactersistics and present activities of groups, 2) what is their volunteer function as one of health and social services in the town, 3) what is a professional method of group work to make their relation between volunteer groups and cordinators of councils. 4) how to use group work for the representatives of groups and cord inators in councils. 2. The research Results : S town has rather anurbarn aspects, on the other hand M town has local and depopulated one. however, volunteer activities of both towns are now necessary for the neighbor people to use health and social sevices in the towns. Nevertheless, It was found that thecordinators of councils were less aware of group work method to help peoples than community organization and cordination. It is important for them to be aware to use the method of group work such as task group work, which R.W.Toseland & R.W.Rivas had studied. 3. The Next Subject of Research : It is to developt the reserach how to use the method of group work for council cordinators in another prefecture, moreover to plan the quantative research how to use social work method, especially group work.

1.研究的目的和过程：目前，镇、村两级议会都希望发现和创造志愿者活动，并比以前更受镇民的欢迎，让人们了解社会服务信息。本研究对S、M两镇志愿者小组的16名、6名和20名代表进行了访谈，并与2名志愿者小组的协管员和4名非营利组织小组的代表进行了联系，以服务于这两个镇附近的大城市的家政服务。本研究的目的有四个：1)团体的特点和目前的活动；2)作为城镇卫生和社会服务之一的志愿者的功能是什么；3)团体工作的专业方法是什么，使他们与志愿者团体和理事会协管者之间的关系。4)如何在议会中为团体代表和协助者使用小组工作。2.研究结果：S镇有较多的谷仓特征，而M镇有本土化、人烟稀少的特征。然而，这两个城镇的志愿者活动现在是邻里人民使用城镇卫生和社会服务的必要手段。然而，研究发现，与社区组织和协调相比，议会协调人对帮助人们的小组工作方法的认识较少。对他们来说，重要的是要意识到使用小组工作的方法，比如R·W·托斯兰和R·W·里瓦斯曾经研究过的小组工作方法。3.下一步的研究课题：开展对另一地市辅导员如何运用小组工作方法的研究，并对如何运用社会工作方法，特别是小组工作方法进行定量研究。
