项目摘要

While lots of researches we conducted in the filed of S-prefecture, K city since 2000, there are much development in the K city activities for the children family support program through many play groups of pairs of mothers and her children and the risk intervention program into the abused children and their parents treated by prefectural child guidance clinics.However, there are still much problems such as (1) family support for low income and young working mothers and their children who are found much in the using nursery services (2) support for the multi-problem families who has disabled child or mother suffered with chronic disease, (3) the development of the process and intervention method how to prevent the relapse and recover the abused children and their parents.We conducted pilot study of outreach approach to provide services of nursery and homework aid by home-visiting in assumption to support for the such families as the above example (1) 〜 (3) in 2007 and systematic training programs over 39 hours for the preparation of staffs who will be able to participate in the study as the service provider of family support team of NPO and related section staffs worked in the local government, nursery station, psychological counselor, children's institution and staffs for mother and infants in heath center in 2006.The result of two type of the researches conducted in each year is two ; one is that participation staffs had the common sense to understand the family members, especially mothers who must care to children and their everyday homework in their situation. The other is as the result of negotiations and meetings to discuss about how to support needy mother and children, that participation staffs made effective support network system in the fields areas.

自2000年以来，我们在K市S地区进行了大量的实地调研，K市儿童家庭支持活动有了很大的发展，通过许多母亲和她的孩子配对的游戏小组，以及对州儿童辅导诊所治疗的受虐待儿童及其父母的风险干预计划。但仍存在许多问题，如：(1)家庭支持低收入和年轻的职业母亲及其子女在使用托儿所服务中发现较多；(2)对残疾儿童或母亲患有慢性病的多问题家庭的支持，(3)制定预防受虐儿童及其父母复发和康复的流程和干预方法。我们于2007年开展了以家访方式提供托儿所和家庭作业援助服务的外展方式的试点研究，假设支持上述家庭(1)~(3)，并为能够参与研究的工作人员提供超过39小时的系统培训计划，这些工作人员将作为非营利组织家庭支持团队的服务提供者和相关科室工作人员在当地政府工作、托儿所、心理咨询师、2006年儿童保健机构和母婴保健中心工作人员，每年开展两项研究的结果为2项；一是参与工作人员有常识理解家庭成员，特别是母亲，在他们的情况下必须照顾孩子和他们的日常作业。另一种是通过协商和会议讨论如何支持贫困母亲和儿童，参与人员在现场建立了有效的支持网络体系。
