项目摘要

The northeastern part of China is very cold and few in precipitation , especially in winter . There are two big rivers : Heilogjiang River and Songhaujiang River . Under Quick economic developments , problems on water , snow and ice have occurred in this region . In this circumstances , a joint project was carried out on water environments and the following results were obtained:At Xinlin in Daxinganling region , automatic recorders of river water level , precipitation and air temperature set up and some important hydrologic date were obtained near Huma River , a branch of Heilogjiang River.Hydrologic features are as follows : main runoff from April to September are due to precipitation and not to snow melting . High water level was recorded in summer of 1998 , when extraordinary floods occurred in Songhaujiang River .Snow accumulation in winter is very low as compared with that in Japan . Chemical characteristics in precipitation at Xinlin are different from that of Nagaoka.Form the analysis of or ganohalides in tap water , the quality level at Harbin City is under reference level in Japan .A few of hydrological and meteorological date were collected in Xinlin area , but it has been more difficult to continue to collect such date because there exists many politic and economic problems in China.
中国东北部地区很冷,降水很少,尤其是冬天。有两条大河:黑龙江和松虎江。在经济快速发展的情况下,这一地区出现了水、雪、冰问题。在这种情况下,开展了水环境联合研究,取得了以下成果:在大兴安岭新林地区,黑龙江支流呼玛河附近建立了河流水位、降水和气温的自动记录仪,获得了一些重要的水文数据。1998年夏季,松花江出现特大洪水,出现高水位,冬季积雪与日本相比很低。新林市降水的化学特征与长冈县不同。从自来水中卤代烃的分析来看,哈尔滨市的水质水平低于日本参考水平。新林市收集了一些水文气象数据,但由于中国存在许多政治和经济问题,继续收集这些数据变得更加困难。
