项目摘要

本研究では、社会的・経済的・技術的状況に対応し、かつ10年後を目指した教育発展計画の調査・開発を遂行し、共通する諸問題について国際的な共同研究を実施するために、次の2つのアプローチを設定した。(1)教育機関の状況とその潜在的な役割、(2)新しい情報技術の現状と教育における潜在的な役割である。また、教育目標の変化を明確にしたうえで、情報技術の教育利用によって、次の5点を主要な目的として定めた。(横糸の目標)a.自己教育(学習)の重要性と教育資源の確保、b.カリキュラムと教育内容の改革、c.教師の教授機能の変化と教師教育の改革、d.国際的な教育情報ネットワーク形成の構想、e.インターネットによる教育情報の提供・流通である。これらの研究に加えて、教育実践研究ネットワークを形成・構築するための課題を同定することを目的として討議を重ねてきた。その結果、教育センター、学校、地域、政策、技術基盤、インフラ等の諸観点がそれぞれ、今後10年間でどのように発展可能性をもつものであるかを明らかにした。今後、同分野の研究・プロジェクトが受け継ぐべき課題群は、次の段階性をもって設定すべきであると思われる。(1)教育学部相互の教育研究に関する情報流通体制の整備(情報流通による教育実践研究ネットワークとして整備すべき蓄積情報、流通体制、活用環境について検討を行う)。(2)データベースの整備(デジタル化技術の進歩にあわせ、各センターで蓄積されたVTR、フィルム、印刷物等の情報をデジタル化し、データベースの整備を行う、各センター間及び附属学校は光ファイバーを敷設し、各データベースの相互利用を本格的に開始する)。(3)国際的ネットワーク整備(光ファイバー網の全国的な敷設にともない、各センター、国際機関との接続を進め、全国の学校との情報交流を実現する体制を整備する)。

This study focuses on the research and development of educational development programs in 10 years, and sets out common problems in the implementation of international joint research. (1)(2) The current situation of information technology and the potential service of education. Importance of self-education (learning) and guarantee of educational resources b. Reform of educational content c. Transformation of teacher's teaching function and reform of normal education d. Conception of formation of international educational information e. Provision and circulation of educational information. The purpose of this study is to discuss the development and construction of the project. The results, education, schools, regions, policies, technology base, and other key points are all covered, and the possibility of development in the next 10 years is clearly defined. In the future, the research of the same field will be divided into two parts: the subject group and the secondary stage. (1)Department of Education: Information circulation system development related to mutual education research (information circulation, education practice research, development, accumulation of information, circulation system, utilization of environment, research and development) (2)The preparation of data sets (the progress of data set technology, the accumulation of information such as VTR, file, printed matter, etc., the preparation of data sets, the deployment of information sets in each site and affiliated schools, the mutual utilization of data sets, and the start of this category). (3)International network development (national deployment of optical network, national network development, national network development, international network development, national network development).
