Research for the Training of Social Worker

在日本，我们有许多社会福利法律和社会福利制度。然而，我们需要社工直接为受助人提供社会福利服务。如何利用这么多的社会制度和优质的服务，直接为基层群众提供优质的服务，是非常重要的事情。社会工作者的素质比社会服务体系的数量更重要。我们正在研究如何培训社会工作者，为客户提供比目前更好的服务水平。首先，我们对日本社会工作者的职业进行了研究，并对日本其他专业工作者进行了比较。其次，探讨了如何对在校学生进行社会工作理论与实践的指导，特别是在社会工作实践课程中的指导。研究了世界各国，特别是美国的实地考察情况。第三，对国家级和地级培训中心社会工作人员的培训情况进行了分析。

In Japan, We have many Social Welfare Laws and Social welfare Systems. However, we need social welfare services directly for the clients by social workers. It is very importants things how to give good services for the clints directly using so many social systems and good quality services. Quality of Social Worker is more importants than quantity of social services systems. We are resarching how to training of social workers to give better services level for the clients than presents stuations.First, we treat what is the professions of social workers in Japan, comparing others professional workers in Japan. Second, we treat how to instruct the social work's theory and practice for the students in schoools, especially instruct in the curriculum of Feild Practice. We research the stuations of feild practice in the world, especially in U.S.A.. Third, we treat the stuations the training of soical worker in Trainging Center of national and prefecture level.
