This study based on practical observations of the activities among non-attenndanncs-at school children and pupi1s. 本研究基于对非在校儿童和小学生活动的实际观察。这次野营活动是由长野县教育委员会主办的。笔者组织了这些活动，并作为野营活动的负责人、工作人员和县政府官员的协调员参加了这些活动。特别是，这些活动的计划是由笔者制定的。通过观察，我们得到的发现是：l）他们积极参加各种活动，使自己适应新的环境。2）他们与其他孩子交朋友，3）他们与孩子、学生、工作人员和各种各样的露营者建立了人际关系。4）他们通过交换人际关系的对象成功地建立了人际关系。5）在这些露营之后，78-80%的失学儿童又去上学了。·通过露营活动对失学儿童人际关系的行为和形成的研究I. 0心理体验的露营活动·关于失学儿童人际关系的行为和形成的研究-二、校外儿童人际关系的形成
