Constructing a database by computers for easy comparison with Japanese editions of Machiavelli

Along the原始计划of my research， I list up the main results below；（1998）For constructing a database I chose 2 Japanese editions to Dell'arte della guerra，(5) to Il principe，and 2(3) to Discorsi. It was rather revealed that theterm holds Machiavelli's <ethics> attached to the profession of the politics. So at leastconsidering how the title of this book应该被翻译成日本人，I dared to propose "Senso-shokugyou-ron "Discourse on the war as a profession .那是真的that term "arte/i" is no less important than the well-known ones，i.e.<virtu> and <fortuna> to face up to the wisdom alive in the whole thoughts of Machiavelli.Finally I prepared CD-ROM with the trial database that enables to make confront simultaneously witheach sentence among the several Japanese editions of Dell'arte della guerra (by which you can get anexperience of the contents of the Proemio and the Libro 1) just through inputting thesentence-number。
