Bourgeois and the housing problem in Germany in the 19^<th>. Century

为了扩大对19世纪中期住房改革运动的研究成果，本文对19世纪中期住房改革运动进行了研究<th>。世纪，我开始研究统一时期（1871年）的柏林的花园城市运动。通过对德国、英国和日本的考察，了解了我国的研究现状和资源利用情况。今后将发表关于这一主题的论文。我意识到，我的研究还需要另外三个主题。首先是19世纪中期的住房现实<th>。对世纪的分析将比以往更加准确。其次，为了明确研究住房问题的重要性，对住房改革运动的研究进行了综述。第三，将德、英、法两国的住房改革运动进行比较。

In order to enlarge the results of my study about the housing reform movement in the midst of 19^<th>. Century, I began to study the garden city movement of Berlin in the time of national unification (1871). By the investigations in Germany, England and Japan, I could understand the present state of studies and the utility of resources. In the future essays about this theme will be published. And I realised that three further themes would be nesssesarily for my study. First the realities of housing in the midst of 19^<th>. Century will be anaylysed more accurately than before. Second in order to make clear the importance of studying housing problem, the survey of the studies about the housing reform movement would be essential. Third I will compare the housing refrom movement in German with those of England and France.
