In order to enlarge the results of my study about the housing reform movement in the midst of 19^<th>. Century, I began to study the garden city movement of Berlin in the time of national unification (1871). By the investigations in Germany, England and Japan, I could understand the present state of studies and the utility of resources. In the future essays about this theme will be published. And I realised that three further themes would be nesssesarily for my study. First the realities of housing in the midst of 19^<th>. Century will be anaylysed more accurately than before. Second in order to make clear the importance of studying housing problem, the survey of the studies about the housing reform movement would be essential. Third I will compare the housing refrom movement in German with those of England and France.

为了扩大我对十九世纪中期房改运动的研究成果。世纪，我开始研究国家统一时期（1871年）柏林的花园城市运动。通过对德国、英国、日本的考察，我了解了研究现状和资源利用情况。今后将发表有关该主题的文章。我意识到另外三个主题对于我的研究来说是必要的。首先是19世纪中期的住房现实。世纪将被比以前更准确地分析。其次，为了明确研究住房问题的重要性，对住房改革运动的研究综述是必要的。第三，我将德国的住房改革运动与英国和法国的住房改革运动进行比较。
