In 1998, Consumer's Acceptance to the New System for Home Appliances Recycling was researched by far-reaching survey on 2,000 consumers in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Our research team earned important data on the willingness-to-pay, effects of information disclosure, and willingness-to-buy recycling goods.In 1999, a comprehensive survey on the citizen's response to solid waste disposal charging in City of Yono was conducted by our research team. Questionaires were maild to 2,000 residents. The survey results suggested that the citizens have responded to the charging by various behaviors according to their attributes, such as age, residential condition, and so on. Moreover, the significant increase of support ratio to the charging system was confirmed by the survey.

1998年，对东京都地区2000名消费者进行了广泛的调查，研究了消费者对家电回收新制度的接受程度。我们的研究小组获得了关于支付意愿、信息公开的影响以及购买回收商品的意愿的重要数据。1999年，我们的研究小组对与野市市民对固体废物处理收费的反应进行了全面调查。调查问卷已邮寄给 2,000 名居民。调查结果显示，市民根据年龄、居住条件等属性，对收费行为做出了不同的反应。此外，调查也证实了收费体系支持率的显着提高。
