项目摘要

The aims of this project are (1) Development of a biocompatible material which is implant in living human body by using excimer laser irradiation method and (2) Elucidation of laser light-tissue interaction mechanism.The results obtained in this project are as follows ;A. Development of biocompatible material(1) Formation of hydroxyapatite (HAp) layer on AlィイD22ィエD2OィイD23ィエD2 substrate by excimer laser irradiation method was achieved.(2) Formation of a new bone on the surface of the above-mentioned sample was observed when the sample was immersed in stimulated body fluid (SBF) for 2 weeks.(3) A new laser irradiation method was developed for HAp coating on Ti.B. Laser light-tissue interaction mechanism.(1) The difference between KrF and ArF excimer laser irradiation effect for soft tissue was explained through the spectroscopic study.(2) Mechanism of laser ablation for hard tissue was elucidated by time-resolved photography.
本项目的目的是(1)利用准分子激光照射方法开发植入活体人体的生物相容性材料;(2)阐明激光与组织相互作用机制。本项目取得的成果如下:A.生物相容性材料的研制(1)采用准分子激光在Al_(22)Al_(23)Al_ (2)当将样品浸入刺激体液(SBF)中2周时,观察到在上述样品的表面上新骨的形成。(3)提出了一种新的激光辐照方法,在Ti. B表面制备羟基磷灰石涂层。激光与组织相互作用机理。(1)通过光谱研究解释了KrF和ArF准分子激光对软组织照射效应的差异。(2)利用时间分辨照相技术,阐明了激光消融硬组织的机理。
