We designed the environments of CSCW using CMCS. And we developed the tools of Open-Learning System(OLS) and learning materials. For supporting tools of OLS, we developed the authoring tool for simulation program (JAVA), making tool for drills and practices (JAVA). Some on-line bulletin boards (BB) have been created for the OLS, such as Questions and Answers BB, chatting BB, BB for uploading a subject report. By online courses for training, the fresh librarian teachers improved their computer processing skills , comparing with before they took this course. Students of librarian teacher training class reported higher subjective satisfaction with the OLS using CMCS. Group collaboration skills were improved. Students of librarian improved ability to communicate with and cooperate with other students in doing class work with the OLS using CMCS.

我们使用CMCS设计了CSCW环境。开发了开放式学习系统工具和学习材料。在OLS的支持工具方面，我们开发了仿真程序编写工具（JAVA）、演练制作工具（JAVA）。为OLS创建了一些在线公告板（BB），如问答BB、聊天BB、上传主题报告的BB。通过网络课程的培训，新入职的图书馆员的计算机处理能力较培训前有了明显的提高。图书馆员教师培训班的学生对使用CMCS的OLS的主观满意度较高。团队协作能力得到提高。图书馆员的学生通过使用CMCS提高了与其他学生沟通和合作的能力，并在课堂上使用OLS。
