项目摘要

Numbers of Suicide in Japan were thirty thousand in 1998. Especially, suicidal people are increasing in male in fifty age group and 6103 fifty aged people died themselves in 1999. Suicidal rates in male in fifty-age group are more than other age groups, contrary sixties and over age groups in other countries are more than others. Therefore Mental Health Project is required in Occupational Health immediately. The purpose of this research is investigation in existing state of mental health countermeasure and analysis of effective approach in mental care systems. Material and methods : Questionnaire about the existing of stress in working and mental health countermeasure were distributed in 3295 self-governing body. Forty-six percents were answered. Answer rates were 72.8% in prefecture, 63.2% in municipality, 45.0% in towns and villages. And mental health promotion and mental care in two years were taken effect in 300 workers. Their workers symptoms were compared in before and after mental health countermeasure. Results : 1) Eighty-five percents representative of labor union answered an increase in occupational stress. Therefore, a decrease in occupational stress was only answered 0.1%. 2) Fifty percents answered taking notice matters about mental ill-health workers. 3) Thirty-six percents answered taking notice matters about long-term suspended workers except physical conditions. Sixty percents answered an increase about a complaint of bad conditions. 4) Counterplans about mental health were carried out in 20%. But a success about countermeasures of mental health was answered only 5%. 5) Complaints of bad conditions decreased after practice health promotion taking role-play and mental counseling.Conclusion : Effective means for mental health counterplans in occupation is mental counseling and health promotion taking role-play exercise.
1998年,日本自杀人数为3万人。尤其是50岁以下的男性自杀人数呈上升趋势,1999年有6103名50岁以上老年人自杀身亡。50岁年龄组男性自杀率高于其他年龄段,其他国家60岁及以上年龄段男性自杀率高于其他年龄段。因此,职业健康迫切需要开展心理健康工程。本研究的目的是调查心理健康对策的现状,分析心理护理系统的有效途径。材料和方法:在3295个自治机关发放关于工作压力存在情况及心理健康对策的调查问卷。46%的人得到了答复。应答率地州为72.8%,直辖市为63.2%,乡镇为45.0%。对300名职工进行了两年的心理健康促进和心理护理。对其心理健康对策实施前后工人症状进行比较。结果:1)85%的工会代表回答了职业压力的增加;因此,职业压力的减少只回答了0.1%。(2)50%的受访者回答了有关精神疾病工作者的注意事项。3)36%的受访者表示注意除身体状况外的长期停职问题。60%的人回答了关于恶劣条件的投诉的增加。4)有20%的人实施了心理健康对策。但关于心理健康对策的成功回答只有5%。5)实施健康促进、角色扮演和心理咨询后,健康状况不佳的投诉有所减少。结论:心理咨询和健康促进、角色扮演锻炼是职业心理健康应对的有效手段。
