Conventional method of laser interferometry is useful to know how a tooth flank has form deviation. But its method has a defect that it takes much time to process data of brightness intensity on CCD image sensor, and the method can't be introduced in production line for the sake of optical instability of the measuring system. Therefore to detect a tooth form deviation of a cylindrical involute gear, a new measuring system is introduced. Possibility of rapid detection method of a tooth form by using laser holography is investigated. The results by this method are as follows:(1) A possibility of detecting form deviation of objective tooth flank by simulation corresponded to the experiment is investigated.(2) From constructing experimental apparatus with new optical system, it was made clear that amount of image, brightness and its distribution on focusing screen depends on tooth form deviation.(3) Nick occurred in the process of machining process of gear can be detected by this interferometry.
传统的激光干涉测量方法是了解齿面形状偏差的有效方法。但其缺点是CCD图像传感器上的亮度强度数据处理时间长,而且由于测量系统的光学不稳定性,该方法不能应用于生产线上。为此,介绍了一种新的渐开线圆柱齿轮齿形偏差测量系统。研究了用激光全息术快速检测齿形的可能性。研究结果如下:(1)探讨了通过仿真与实验相对应的方法检测目标齿面形状偏差的可能性。(2)用新的光学系统搭建实验装置,明确了齿形偏差对聚焦屏上的像量、亮度及其分布的影响。(3)利用该干涉法可以检测出齿轮加工过程中产生的缺口。
