Clinical study on occlusion in edentulous patients with implant supported complete denture

本研究的目的是评估种植体支持修复患者的咬合力分布。首先，我们将注意力集中在静态力分布上，18名自然有牙的志愿者和18名无牙颌患者接受了骨结合种植体支持的全口义齿。种植体组的咬合力和咬合面积明显小于对照组。平均咬合压力和咬合力平衡在左右侧之间无显著性差异。种植体组咬合力中心位置较对照组偏前。两组患者的AI无显著性差异。在种植体基牙中放置应变片，建立三维评估系统，对两例种植体支持修复患者的功能力分布进行初步研究。在将来的研究中，我们将改变不同类型的牙冠形态，以供分析不同食物的咀嚼运动。

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the occlusal force distribution in patients with implant supported prostheses. First of all, we focus attention on static force distribution.Eighteen natural dentate volunteers and eighteen edentulous patients with osseointegrated implant-supported complete denture participated in this study. Occlusal force and area in implant group were significantly smaller than those in control group. No significant differences were seen in mean occlusal pressure and occlusal force balance between left and right sides. The central position of occlusal force in implant group was more anterior than that in control group. There was no significant difference between two groups in AI.For measurement of the functional force distribution, a three-dimension evaluation system was developed with a strain gauge placed in implant abutment, and the pilot study was conducted in two patients with implant-supported prostheses. The various types of the crown form will been changed for analysis of chewing movement with difference text food in some future day.
