Research on Pre-college Level aw-Related Education Curriculum of selected Countries

本研究的主要内容包括：（1）英、法、德国、新、中等国学校课程中法律的素养的现状、特点和框架;（2）法律的素养在学校课程公民教育中的重要性;（3）美国民主社会的精髓：责任、正义、隐私和权威作为我国未来学校课程的典范的作用;（4）亚洲国家迫切需要以宪法教育和法制教育为基础的各种课程开发。

In this research, the following major points were clarified :(1) The present situations, characteristics, and framework of the legal literacy in the school curricula of England, France, Germany, New Zealand, and China ;(2) The importance of legal literacy in educating citizenship through school curriculum ;(3) The role of the essence of the American democratic society : Responsibility, Justice, Privacy, and Authority, as a model of future school curriculum in our country ; and(4) Various curriculum development based on The Constitutional Education and Law-related Education as the urgent needs in Asian countries.
