Law-Related Education based on the Consititution

在本研究中，我介绍了美国公民教育中心开发的《自由社会中的法律》课程。该课程旨在(1)增进学生对日本地方民主制度及其建立所依据的基本原则和价值观的了解，(2)培养作为有效和负责任的公民参与政治的必要技能，以及(3)提高学生在决策和处理冲突时使用民主程序的理解和意愿。

In this research, I introduce "the Law in a Free Society" curriculum developed by the Center for Civic Education in United States of America. This curriculum is designed to (1) promote an increased understanding among students of the institutions of Japanese cosititutinal democracy and the fundametal principles and values upon which they were founded, (2) develop the skills necessary to partipate as effective and responsible citizens, and (3) increase the understanding and willingness of student to use democratic processes when making decisions and managing conflict.
