小・中学校において現在求められている法や司法に関わる教育実践について実験的な授業を実施し、その意義や問題点等を整理しつつ、新学習指導要領で要請された法教育のあり方について、高等学校も含めた実践のモデル等を提示した。あわせて公民的資質の形成における法的資質の形成の手法や裁判員制度の教育のあり方等についても検討を行い、今後のいわゆる法教育の方向性について論及した。さらにアメリカの私法教育の紹介を行い、今後の日本での司法の教育のあり方についての検討も行った。

At present, primary and secondary schools are seeking advice on the implementation of judicial training, the application of teaching practices, questions on the meaning of teaching, guidance on new learning and guidance on legal education, and colleges and universities contain tips on how to teach students in practice.
