Law-Related Education Curriculum in several school subjects

1.本研究发现：1）多学科法律教育跨课程架构，学校“隐私权”学习之辅导; 2）以“公民教育”为基础之初中法律教育; 3）"自由城市项目中的法律"的法律的公民地位4）高中课程中的法律的研究5）人权教育与“法律社会学”途径6）法律教育课程中的“责任”7）环境教育中的“责任”培养2.日本道德教育与社会教育中的法学问题3.通过本研究，我打算把阿梅里卡公民教育中心的"民主的基础"翻译成日语。本计划将提出一个日本社会科法律教育交叉课程的模式。

1.In this research, the followings, are identified.1) The Framework of Law-Related Education Cross Curriculum in several school subjects, Tretment of Learing about 'Privacy' in schools 2) Law-Related Education based on The Consititution in Lower Secondary School, 3) Legal citi zenshipof "Law in a Free Socity Project" 4) Legal studies in Upper Secondary Schools subjects 5) Hhuman Rights Education and approach of 'Soiology of Law' 6) 'Resposibility' in Law-Related Education Curriculum, 7) Tretment of 'Resposibility' in Enviromental Education.2.Problems in Law Studies of Moral Education and Social Studies Education in Japan.3.Through this reseach, I plan to translate "FOUDATIONS OF DEMOCRACY" developed by Center for Civic Education in Amerika into Japanes. This plan will present a model of Law-Related Education Cross Curriculum in Japanese social studies.
