项目摘要

The purpose of this study is to seek possibilities of the remote education network for musical education and to construct the network that enables us to exchange the musical culture in real time. In 2000, we analyzed the prior domestic studies on the remote education system and considered what the remote musical education should be. In 2001, we conducted a picture-phone class between the schools in Japan and demonstrated its effectiveness. In 2002, we conducted a picture-phone class between the junior high schools in Japan and Korea. Since there is no time difference between Japan and Korea, the class went off within the normal class time. The musical history and study contents are similar so that it greatly helped us to decide the class contents. The class contents included a presentation of traditional music of each country and singing songs of the other country together. With this real time musical exchange, the students had an opportunity to realize again their own musical culture as well as increasing their interest of the other country's musical culture. Also, the remote musical class deepened the communication between the students and the class contents became more "global understanding" and "peace education" way. Through these practices, we could prove the usefulness of construction of remote education network for exchange of musical culture. Though we still have some problems such as unclear picture due to the current line speed and expensive communication cost, our study could show a possibility of the remote education system in the future.

本研究的目的是寻求远程教育网络用于音乐教育的可能性，构建使我们能够实时交流音乐文化的网络。 2000年，我们分析了国内远程教育系统的现有研究，思考远程音乐教育应该是什么。 2001年，我们在日本学校之间开展了可视电话课程，并证明了其有效性。 2002年，我们在日本和韩国的初中之间举办了可视电话班。由于日本和韩国没有时差，所以按照正常上课时间上课。音乐史和学习内容很相似，这对我们确定课程内容有很大帮助。课程内容包括展示各自国家的传统音乐以及共同演唱对方国家的歌曲。通过这种实时的音乐交流，学生们有机会再次认识自己的音乐文化，同时也增加了对对方国家音乐文化的兴趣。此外，远程音乐课加深了学生之间的交流，课堂内容变得更加“全球理解”和“和平教育”方式。通过这些实践，我们可以证明远程教育网络建设对于音乐文化交流的有用性。尽管由于目前的线路速度和昂贵的通信成本，我们仍然存在一些问题，例如图像不清晰，但我们的研究可以展示未来远程教育系统的可能性。
