1.The 6^<th> International Society for the History of Physical Education and Sport Kanazawa seminar was held in Kanazawa city in 2002. In total there were about 200 participants 80 of whom were from foreign countries. They met and discussed the local identity and sports. The diversity of the concept in regard to each country was clarified.2.I was invited to the following events as a guest speaker to make presentations and lectures about the importance of the study on the local identity and sport in each country.The North East Asian Society for the History of Physical Education and Sport in Shendo, China,2001The Busan Asian games sport science congress and the annual meeting of Korean society for the history of Physical Education and Sport in Busan,2002The North East Asian Society for the History of Physical Education and Sport in Taiwan,20033.Some final reports were selected from the ISHPES Kanazawa Seminar, and were published by the Academia Verlag in Germany in 2004. The publication contains about 80 papers, and has 456 pages. The topic is focusing on the local identity and sport.
