The purpose of this research project is to elucidate the matter whether a cell lesion done how and activation happens with the mechanical or chemical action, the heating action of the ultrasonic energy, and whether what happens together in the molecule level. The experimental device which can evaluate an influence on the cell of the ultrasonic energy quantitatively is indispensable by the research to aim at the treatment application. For this, ultrasonic waves, as for taking the frequency of the broad-band, as for pulse repetition rate being variability, as for ultrasonic output's being variability in the large area, as for what a focus can do it in a depth by, and, in such cases as SPTP or SATA, a condition. A power supply and a wattmeter and a high precision vibrator were combined, and a ultrasonic system was built, and a hydro-phone was included so that it could measure acoustic indices in the region of interest. This system was applied to the mosquito larva eradication research which … More was an urgent mission with WHO, and frequency, the pulse width, pulse repetition rate, and so on were changed to various setups of a condition, and the threshold level that a cytoclasis happened was investigated. Recently, the knowledge related to the research on the cell attack, destruction by the great physical strength ultrasonic waves and the clinical application was accumulated on the basic research to aim at treatment for a cancer by the genetic introduction based on the method of sonoporation, HIFU, and so on. However, or the research which revived a lesion cell didn't see big development in- or out-side the country. The preparation of the experiment device attained an expected purpose by this research, and a research about the critical condition of the cytoclasis was accumulated by this. However, a study about the condition of the cell activation wasn't satisfactory, and didn't reach ultrasonic activate effect actual proof that cell information transmission function activation was measured. It will go on more, and research will be developed. Less
