平成14年度は各種ヒアリングを行い、福岡県ないし九州地域の産業ニーズがIT(半導体ソフト)・ナノテク(半導体ハード)及び環境・農林水産業という分野に大別されることを把握した。IT・ナノテク分野については、県下の産業支援機関やベンチャーほか各種企業に詳細なヒアリングを行い、"福岡半導体産業クラスター"の形成要因と現状、プレーヤーの将来展望を分析した。ケーススタディなど成果の一部はスタンフォード大学国際調査《Stanford Project on Regional Innovation and Entrepreneurship》福岡地域研究会報告書に掲載された。また、特にナノテク分野に関し九大研究シーズを体系化し、学内予算の配賦を受けキーセンテンス集を刊行した。後者の環境・農林水産業分野については、経済地理的観点から広く九州・四国・中国地方の自治体・各種協同組合を対象としてアンケート調査を平成15年度に実施し、約220件の回答を得た。分析結果は関西ネットワークシステム設立総会(平成15年6月)、三重県ベンチャーセミナー及び中小企業大学校人吉校で発表した(いずれも平成15年9月)。また、ナノテク分野同様キーセンテンス集を刊行した。本アンケート調査の結果得られた知見はデータ化・理論化され、更に現在では九大知財本部における実務、また福岡県宗像市・旧玄海町からの地域振興政策の企画支援への要請にあたり、一指針として活用されるに至っている(論文準備中)。なお本研究は当初、福岡県をモデル地域として開始されたが、研究の進展に伴い対象が拡大し、平成16年3月には福岡地域と関連の深い韓国を対象に延べ3週間の調査を実施した(科研費分は1週間、2週間は財団法人アジア太平洋センター若手研究者助成に基づく)。今後は地域振興の為の技術移転システムに加え、それに貢献しうる人材育成の研究・実践にも注力していく方針である。

In 2014, we conducted a variety of research activities in Fukuoka Prefecture, Kyushu, and other regions, including IT(semiconductor technology), environment, agriculture, forestry, and fisheries. The IT industry support organizations under the Fukuoka Semiconductor Industry Division will analyze the current situation and future prospects of the Fukuoka Semiconductor Industry in detail. A part of the results of the Stanford Project on Regional Innovation and Entrepreneurship, an international survey of Fukuoka University, was published in the report of the Fukuoka Regional Research Council. The nine major research topics are systematized and published in the journal. About 220 responses were received in the survey on the environment, agriculture, forestry and fisheries, and on geographical issues in Kyushu, Shikoku, and China. The results of the analysis include the establishment of a general meeting of Kansai universities (June 2015), the establishment of a three-fold conference of universities for small and medium-sized enterprises (September 2015). A collection of articles is published. The results of this research have been summarized as follows: (1) Information,(2) Theory,(3) Implementation,(4) Guidance,(5) Planning Support for Regional Revitalization Policy,(6) Planning Support for Regional Revitalization Policy,(7) Implementation,(8) Guidance,(9) Information and Finance Headquarters, Fukuoka Prefecture, Muneki City, Senkai Town, Fukuoka Prefecture, Fukuoka Prefecture. This study was initiated in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan, and the progress of the study was accompanied by a large number of subjects. In March 2016, the Fukuoka region and the South Korea region were closely related to each other. The investigation was carried out over a period of 3 weeks (the research fee was divided into 1 week and 2 weeks). In the future, we will continue to contribute to the development of human resources for the purpose of regional revitalization.
