项目摘要

有棘細胞癌11例(T1,2N0M0の初期病変)(男6例、女5例)、ボーエン病10例(男7例、女3例)の検体の解析を詳岬に行うとともに、症例数を増すために新たなサンプルの収集を行った。CGH法よる解析の結果、ボーエン病と有棘細胞癌とに共通してみられる異常として3q,8qのgainおよび17pのlossが見つかったため、この領域に上皮性皮膚腫瘍の発症に共通して関与する遺伝子が存在する可能性が高いと考え、DNAマイクロアレイを用いてスクリーニングに取りかかっているところである。その一方で、2q21.1-q24.3(p<0.004)のlossはボーエン病のみに認められ、3pter-p21.2(p<0.001)のlossは有棘細胞癌のみに認められた。その他の領域にもボーエン病と有棘細胞癌の初期病変とではゲノムの一次構造のレベルにおいて種々の違いがあるという結果を得た。これは、ボーエン病と有棘細胞癌の初期病変では遺伝的に異なることを示唆しており、ボーエン病の疾患概念に新たな一石を投じる重要な結果であると考える。さらに、ボーエン病、有棘細胞癌それぞれに特異的に関与する遺伝子の同定にも取り組み始めている。なおこの結果は現在投稿準備中であり、さらに、The 7^<th> International Symposinm Predictive Oncology & Intervention Strategies(ニース、2004年2月)に於いて発表した。

There were 11 cases of T1, 2N0M0 (initial stage)(male 6, female 5) and 10 cases of cancer (male 7, female 3). CGH method analysis results show that there is a common disease and a common cell carcinoma. There is an abnormality in the 3q, 8q and gain. There is a loss in the 17p. There is a high probability that there is a common disease and a common gene in the development of epithelial skin tumors. On the other hand, the loss of 2q21.1-q24.3(p<0.004) has been recognized as the cause of Endian disease, and the loss of 3pter-p21.2(p<0.001) has been recognized as the cause of jujube cell cancer. In addition, the primary structure of the tumor was found in the early stage of cancer. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The initial stage of cell carcinoma is different from that of other diseases. 2. The concept of disease is new. 3. The initial stage of cell carcinoma is different from that of other diseases. In addition, there is a special relationship between the disease and the cancer, and the gene is selected from the group.
