项目摘要

本研究では、ひらがな読みに困難を示した読み障害児における、読みの困難を引き起こす認知メカニズムについて検討することを目的としている。本年度は、読み障害児における音韻処理に関する問題について国内外の研究について概観した上で、読み障害児で困難であると報告されている音韻意識を促進する要因を検討する目的で、脳波の一種である事象関連電位を指標とした基礎実験を行った。実験は大学生を被験者とし、刺激音には女声の2音節非単語100語が用いられた。刺激呈示には標的単語刺激に先行して単語刺激が1回呈示される単一セットと、語尾が同一の先行単語刺激が4回呈示される反復セットが用いられた。先行刺激と標的刺激の語尾が一致しているか否かを被験者が判断している際の脳波を頭皮上18部位より記録した。その結果、単一/反復セットの先行刺激と韻の異なる標的刺激により、頭頂領域においてN400が増大することが確認された。このことから、標的刺激で韻が一致しているか否かについての処理は、先行刺激における同一語尾の繰り返しの影響を受けにくいことが示唆された。さらに反復セットでの標的刺激において、前頭領域における刺激呈示後400ms付近の陰性成分が増大していたことから、聴覚呈示された非単語における韻の一致に関する情報処理には、前頭領域が関与している可能性が推測された。研究結果の要旨はThe 16th Meeting of the International Society for Brain Electromagnetic Topographyおよび第35回日本臨床神経生理学会にて発表し、現在学術雑誌への投稿論文を執筆中である。
