平成17年度実施計画の主要項目は(1)社会文化的・組織文化的概念を応用した概念枠組み構築(2)Webページ作成、本テスト実施及びまとめであった。(1)本研究から、医療従事者、とりわけ看護職者が現場で直面する倫理的諸問題をどう認識し、意思決定及び介入するのかを質的に探求する上で、倫理的実践の背後にある社会文化的及び組織文化的要因に着目し、医療現場における倫理的問題を分析するための枠組みとして応用した。組織文化が病院のリスク管理や提供されるケアの質と関わるという研究報告もあり、特定の事象に対する一人ひとりの医療従事者の行動、態度、認識の質的な理解は、組織文化や専門職グループ文化の理解及び組織の現状理解へと繋がり(またその逆もあり得る)、問題解決の一助となるアプローチに成りうると考える。(2)前年度のプレテスト結果を基に、本テストを質問用紙にて実施。比較文化的に分析すると、同じ倫理的問題に対する見解や視点は、国及びキャリアや職位の違いによって若干異なることがわかった。また、組織における立場や医師との関係性が、看護師の反応や倫理的実践に影響を及ぼしていることも伺われた。ウェッブ上でのアンケート配布については現在倫理的議論がなされており、今回は実際のウェッブ上では回答を求めなかったが、作成したウェッブベースの質問票を活用できるよう倫理的問題をクリアーすること、質問票の改善とデーター数の増加が今後の課題である。報告書にて成果発表を行う予定である。
