A comparative study on the diversity management : Islamic management and global management

本研究的重点是伊斯兰管理，并将其放在全球管理的背景下进行考察。伊斯兰管理尚未在现代管理学中得到承认，因为在可持续发展时代，人们不言而喻地认为宗教只是效率的障碍，但要求企业管理更多地以伦理为导向，必须找到一条在企业利润和社会福利之间保持平衡的综合效率的途径。在这一点上，伊斯兰管理可以是一种商业模式，因为伊斯兰管理包含着强烈的商业伦理，这与个体的存在是分不开的。在伊斯兰教中，伦理商业惯例被视为崇拜的重要组成部分。因此，本研究试图说明伊斯兰教法在规范和指导穆斯林活动的方方面面的基础上遵守伊斯兰教法。作为个案研究，主要考察了跨越文化边界正在迅速扩张和发展的伊斯兰金融市场。有趣的是，非穆斯林的全球活跃投资者采用了遵守伊斯兰教法的标准，并将其应用于他们的业务。此外，重要的是，符合伊斯兰教法的市场功能包括交换和赠与。交换和赠与在市场上的互补关系可以在社会中全面实现理性，伊斯兰管理也可以成为这方面的商业模式。

This research has focused on Islamic Management and examined it in the context of global management. Islamic management has not yet been recognized in the modern management study, because there has been a self evident assumption that religion is nothing but an obstacle against efficiency In the era of sustainable development, however, the business management is required to be more ethics-oriented and has to find a way to attain a comprehensive efficiency keeping a balance between business profit and social welfare. In this regards, Islamic management can be a kind of business model, since Islamic management contains a strong business ethics which cannot be separated from the individual existence. In Islam, the ethical business practices are regarded as an important part of worship. Therefore, this study has attempted to illustrate the Shari'ah compliance, which is based on Islamic law regulating and instructing every aspect of Muslim activities.As for a case study, Islamic financial market is mainly examined which is expanding and growing rapidly crossing the cultural boundaries. It is interesting that the globally active investors of non-Muslims have adopted the criteria of the Shari'ah compliance and apply it to their business. Moreover, it is important that the market function which is compliant to the Shari'ah consists of both exchange and gift. The complementary relationship of exchange and gift in the market can achieve a rationale in the society in a comprehensive manner and Islamic management can be business model in this regards as well.
