项目摘要

女性にとって妊娠・分娩は身体的変化のみならず、夫婦間の役割の変化や性生活にも影響を与え、夫婦の関係性の破綻や親役割遂行への危機感を投じている。そこで、本研究の最:終年度である今年度は、これまでの研究結果(面接調査、質問紙調査)を分析し、妊娠・分娩が夫婦の性意識・性行動に及ぼす影響を明らかにし、その実態に応じた必要な看護について考察した。面接調査(H16年度、H18年度)の結果からは、(1)周産期の夫婦の性的欲求に差があること、(2)妻の妊娠以後も依然として役割変化を認識できない夫とのズレの存在が明らかになった。出産後は、育児を含めて日常生活をともにしている夫から理解や支援により新たな親役割が受容され展開されていく。その親役割を通して夫婦の関係性が充実・満足し、夫との性的関係へとつながることから、男性に対して妊娠・出産による母親役割への移行、身体的変化への理解を促すこと、また、父親役割の遂行をサポートすることが必要であると考えられた。質問紙調査(h17年度)の結果から、(1)周産期の男女の性的欲求レベルに差があること、(2)将来のセックスレスの可能性として、周産期の男女の性的関係がひきがねとなることが示唆された。このことから、相互の性的欲求レベルの差をふまえた指導と、男性に女性のセクシュアリティの変化への理解を促すこと、夫婦で周産期の性に向き合うことに対する援助が必要であると考えられた。研究成果の発表として、質問紙調査の一部を第26回日本看護科学学会学術集会(平成18年度)にて示説発表した。周産期の性生活に関して小冊子を活用したいとの結果(H17年度)から、研究成果をふまえた小冊子を作成し、面接調査および質問紙調査の協力機関に配布した。同様に、3年間の研究内容および成果を集約し報告書を作成し、各研究協力機関等に送付した。
