7月に3週間ほどソウルに滞在し、朝鮮米軍政の占領政策関係の資料と、李承晩政権の対日外交および在日朝鮮人政策関係の資料の調査をおこなった。まず、韓国国会図書館に所蔵されている米国国務省の外交文書(複写版)およびGHQ/SCAP文書集(複写版)のなかから、在日朝鮮人問題に関するものを調査し、かなりの分量の資料を収集した。また、国家記録院で韓国政府国務部の1948年の会議録を調査するともに、同じく政府機関の外交安保研究所で2005年に公開された韓日会談の外交文書の調査もおこなった。さらに、延世大学の図書館で、資料集として公刊されている朝鮮米軍政関係の文書に目を通し、重要と思われる資料を収集した。以上のようなソウルでの資料調査をもとに、朝鮮米軍政および李承晩政権初期の対在日朝鮮人政策を分析するとともに、その分析を通じて、在日朝鮮人問題をめぐって朝鮮米軍政(1948年8月以降は李承晩政権)、GHQ/SCAPおよび日本政府が徐々に「反共」という立場で歩調を合わせていくようになった過程が浮き彫りになってきた。現在、この部分を本格的に論じる論文を準備しており、今年度中に学会誌に投稿する予定である。

July 3 weeks to complete the survey on the relationship between the occupation policy of the DPRK and the military, and the relationship between the foreign policy of the DPRK and the Japanese government The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea (duplicate version) and GHQ/SCAP Collection (duplicate version) were collected from the National Assembly Library of South Korea. The Ministry of State of the Republic of Korea conducted an investigation into the minutes of the 1948 meeting of the National Records Institute and the Foreign Affairs and Security Research Institute of the same government agency conducted an investigation into the diplomatic documents of the Korea-Japan talks in 2005. In addition, Yonsei University's library, data set and publication of documents related to military and political relations between North Korea and the United States are collected. The above data survey was conducted on the Korean military regime and Lee Seung-wan's early policy toward Koreans in Japan. The analysis was conducted on the Korean issue in Japan. The Korean military regime (Lee Seung-wan's government since August 1948), GHQ/SCAP and the Japanese government's "anti-communist" stance were coordinated. Now, this part of the paper is ready for discussion, and it is scheduled to be submitted to the Society in the middle of this year.
