项目摘要

本研究は、関節リウマチ患者を調査対象とし、その生活行為の処理状況と住環境整備状況の実態把握を通じて、我が国において70万人とも言われる関節リウマチ患者の住環境整備手法を検討するものであり、研究のフィールドとして日本およびスウェーデンを選定している。スウェーデンは福祉先進国と称されており、障害を有する者へ、教育や就業の機会の提供、自立支援のための対人サービスおよび住環境整備などに関して質の高いサービスを提供してきた社会であり、その制度や住環境整備の内容は我が国の現状に貴重な知見をもたらすと考えられる。本報告書では、両国で実施した調査の中より特に、スウェーデンで実施したアンケート調査およびヒアリング調査の結果を報告するものとする。スウェーデンでの調査はリウマチ患者の全国組織であるReumatikerforbundetより協力を得て、実施した。アンケート調査は、2004年4月〜5月に実施した。調査対象者は、Reumatikerforbundetの会員より無作為抽出によって500名選定し、アンケート用紙を郵送した(返却も郵送)。有効回答数334である。一方ケーススタディ調査は、アンケート調査回答者の中より、首都のストックホルム近郊に住み、住環境整備の実施頻度が比較的高い者を選定し調査を申し込んだ結果、8名からの回答を得た。一方、日本では、リウマチ診療科を持つ医療機関を通じて、アンケート調査を実施した。アンケート調査は2005年3月〜4月に実施し、調査対象者は、医療機関の患者を無作為抽出による511名選定し、郵送による配布アンケートを実施した。有効回答数は251である。ケーススタディ調査はアンケート調査回答者の中から選定した4名に対して実施した。依然、調査結果の分析を進めているところであるが、本調査より両国の状況が明らかとなった。

This study is aimed at investigating the treatment status of living behavior and the status of living environment in patients with joint diseases, and selecting the methods of living environment improvement for 700,000 people in China. In the case of the well-being of advanced countries, the provision of education, employment opportunities, self-support, and housing environment, the provision of high-quality social services, the provision of institutional support, and the provision of valuable insights into the status quo of our country. This report reports on the results of the investigation conducted in China. The National Organization for the Investigation of the Disease and the Treatment of Patients The investigation was carried out from April to May 2004. Respondents responded by mail to 500 selected, Reumatikerforbundet members. The answer is 334. One of the respondents to the survey was selected from the middle of the survey, the capital's suburbs, and the implementation frequency of residential environmental improvement was selected from the middle of the survey. The results of the survey were obtained from 8 respondents. The Department of Medical Sciences of Japan is responsible for the investigation of medical institutions. The survey was conducted from March to April 2005, and 511 patients from medical institutions were selected and distributed. The answer is 251. The survey was conducted in four selected respondents. Still, the analysis of the investigation results is progressing, and the investigation results are in the clear.
