项目摘要

本研究「軽度発達障害を原因とする社会的不適応に関する日韓共同研究」の趣旨に基づき、今年度は日本における軽度発達障害のある児童生徒の社会的不適応に関する調査を行った。I.研究の目的:1.学校不適応児童生徒の実態に対する教員の認識について:問題に関する教員の認知と児童生徒の不適応行動に対する教員の認知度について。2.学校不適応児童生徒の支援に対する教員の認識について:指導上の教員の困難度について、支援に関する教員のニーズについて調べた。上記の項目は、昨年度、韓国で行った調査項目と同じである。II.調査対象:日本のフリースクールに対して調査票送付による郵送法で行った。教員数は総計55人に対して行った。III.調査結果:調査対象機関の児童生徒の類型を日韓で比較すると以下のような結果であった。韓国では,対象としている障害累計は多い順に、非行、発達障害、虐待の順序であった。一方、日本の障害累計は、発達障害が非常に多く、その後に非行、虐待が続いた。また、社会的不適応を示す児童生徒に対する目韓教員の意識は、第一に、学校不適応児童生徒の問題に対して、全ての教員が家庭環境において最も問題を感じていると回答し、次に学習、社会性、非行、問題行動において課題が見られると日韓どちらの教師も認識していた。重篤な問題であると教師が感ずる順位は、韓国側は虐待、発達障害、非行の順番であったが、日本側は発達障害、非行、虐待の順序であった。第二に、学校不適応児童生徒の不適応行動に対する項目別の認知度にっいては、有意差がなかったが、韓国教員は虐待児の不適応行動を最も深刻に認識していた。第三に、教員が指導上で最も困難と感じているのは、両国の教員にとって非行児童生徒であり、次に発達障害、虐待児の順であった。IV.結論:学校不適応児童生徒が抱える課題に焦点を当てると、日韓ともに、障害のある児童生徒だけでなく、家庭環境による様々な課題をもつ児童生徒に対しても、特殊教育的視点からの対応が必要であるという結論に達した。
