In this research, it aimed reconstructing the climate change of the large area and a long term in the history age from the weather record and the climate disaster record. Therefore, the field investigation and the collecting data that concerned the disaster prevention prayer event in nationwide various places were done. Next, the climate in the history age, the festa, shrine, temple and sacred place, temples database were done. In addition, various analyses were able to be done on the Geographical Information System based on environmental information in the region.First of all, it analyzed it for relations with events of the belief facilities and the festa, etc. and the natural base in the region. Especially, belief facility where the god of the wind was enshrined at the early modern age and the prayer event of wind were analyzed as a major target. Moreover, the appearance of precipitation was analyzed for the Hokuriku region to clarify those regional, natural bases. In based on the meaning of every event like the above-mentioned, in addition, the climate change in the history age comes to be reconstructed from the weather record and the climate disaster record of the large area and a long term. These results were presented at the academic congress and magazine as follows. In addition, the result can be freely seen by the Internet.
