大腸癌術後患者の術後サーベイランス内視鏡において、、6mm以下の大腸ポリープ500病変が軽・中等度異型腺腫と内視鏡診断され、経過観察された。このうち412病変で内視鏡が実施され、腫瘍径・形態の経時的変化が評価された。腫瘍径の変化は、不変71%、増大15%、縮小3%、再発見不可11%であり、明らかな形態を示したものもほとんどなかった。
