本年度は18世紀第4四半期・エカチェリーナ二世治世後半(1780-90年代)における黒海貿易の生成と東方問題の発生に関して、市場構造・政策過程の相互連関に留意しながら分析することを課題とし、以下の知見を得た。まず貿易構造に関しては、従来のバルト海経由イギリス向け船舶用品輸出が興隆する一方、アメリカ商船を媒介とする三角貿易(北米植民地・西インド・ロシア)、あるいはバルト海・黒海経由のフランス向け穀物輸出が生成し、イギリス商業資本のロシア市場独占に挑戦する新たな動きが現れつつあったこと、また外交関係に関しては、アメリカ独立戦争をめぐる武装中立同盟の形成、バイエルン継承戦争に対する仏露両国の共同仲介、クリミア危機を通じた南下政策の推進、以上を通じて従来の北方体制(英普両国との友好関係)が動揺する一方、新たに仏墺両国との関係が好転したこと、最後に通商条約に関しては、従来のバルト海経由英露貿易・北方体制を前提とする1766年の英露通商条約が廃棄される一方、新たな黒海経由仏露貿易・仏露協調を背景として1787年の仏露通商条約が締結されたこと、及びその効果として経済的にはロシア黒海・地中海貿易が促進されるとともに、外交的には1787-92年の露土戦争が断行されたこと、以上である。

This year is the fourth half of the 18th century, the second half of the reign of Emperor II (1780- 90s), when the emergence of black sea trade and the emergence of eastern problems, as well as the interconnection between market structure and policy processes, are important topics for analysis. The following insights are obtained. The trade structure is related to the triangular trade between China and the United States, and the triangular trade between China and the United States is related to the triangular trade between China and the United States.(North America, West Africa, South Africa), South Africa, North Africa, South Africa The crisis was resolved through the promotion of policies to the south, and through the adoption of policies to the north.(The friendly relations between Britain and the United States) On the one hand, the relations between Britain and the United States were good, on the other hand, the last treaty of commerce was concluded on the basis of the Anglo-Dutch treaty of commerce and the North Korean system of 1766. On the other hand, the new treaty of commerce was concluded on the basis of the Anglo-Dutch treaty of commerce and the North Korean system of 1787. In addition, the development of the Mediterranean Sea and the Mediterranean Sea was promoted in 1787 - 92, and the war between the two countries was interrupted in 1787-92.
