平成19年度は本研究テーマにおける最終年度にあたるため,これまでの研究成果のまとめに向けた活動とともに,本研究テーマをさらに発展させるための基礎作業もあわせて行った。具体的には以下の5点が中心である。1.研究実施計画において当初予定していた通り,岐阜市にある世界分布図センターや大阪市立大学学術情報号センターなどにおいてGIS(地理情報システム)において用いる空間情報の収集を行った。2.また,平成17年度より継続している,GISを用いた都市と農山村のハード面でのネットワーク(道路網や鉄道など)の史的変遷の分析については,地図データ,統計データの最終的な整備を行い,分析の緒に就いた。3.都市-農山村交流のソフト面の実態(住民の意識や数字としてあらわれない成果など)に関して比較考察を行うため,都市-農山村交流などのフローを活発に行っている先進農山村の現地踏査を引き続き継続した。具体的には,継続的に調査を続けている鳥取県日南町や愛知県豊根村などに加えて,農家民宿を地域を挙げて積極的に行っている山形県飯豊町中津川地区おいて,担当者,関係者への聞き取り調査を行った。4さらに,平成18年度の研究成果から,都市-農山村間のフローをもたらす公共サービス供給の解明に際して,ルーラル・マーケティング論や社会ネットワーク論の援用が有用であるとの仮説をたて,その実証的な検証のため富山県立山町,福島県川俣町などにおいて予備調査を実施した。5,3カ年度にわたる本研究テーマの成果の一部として,都市-農山村間フローをもたらす公共サービスの一つである,都市-農山村交流の地域政策的な史的展開について「農山村の地域づくり」(光多長温・藤井正ほか編『入門地域政策学(仮題)』ミネルヴァ書房)として執筆し,2008年5月に刊行される予定である。
