项目摘要

既に一般アルファベット上の定常無記憶情報源について最小achievableレートの評価を得ているので、信頼性関数の評価と情報源に課せられた条件をどこまで緩和できるかということの二点について研究を行うことが当面の研究目標であった。Gauss型定常情報源と韓(電通大)の提唱する一般情報源(general source)の理論との関連性(平成17年度の研究成果)も踏まえて研究を行った。個別の定常過程について多少の進展はあったもの、全体として一定の理論を形作るところまでは至らなかった。今後とも研究を継続すべき課題である。以下、簡単に状況をまとめる。平成19年度の研究目標は前年度に引き続き、K.Martonの結果(1974年)である有限アルファベット上の定常無記憶情報源に対する信頼性関数(最小achievableレートと対になっている)の情報理論的評価をより広い情報源にまで広げることであった。Gauss型以外の連続型情報源、あるいは非定常情報源について信頼性関数の評価を試みるのは、理論的解明が十分出ない現状では現実的ではないので、まずはMA(1)型などの無記憶ではない比較的単純な定常情報源いくつかについて最小achievableレートを上からダイバージェンスを用いて評価を計算することを試みた。今年度得られた結果は定常Markov情報源をはじめとした、ある種の定常エルゴード情報源についての評価へとつながるものである。

Gauss type continuous information sources, non-stationary information sources, information relations, evaluation, theoretical solutions, ten points out of the status quo, actual information sources, MA(1) type, memory-free comparison, pure stationary information sources, minimum achievable information sources, evaluation, calculation, etc. This year's results have been mixed between constant Markov information sources and constant e-mail information sources.
