项目摘要

実地調査をベトナム・ハノイのGiang Vo団地において行った。調査を行った住棟は調査団地内で最も早く建て替えられた住棟であり、ハノイ市内の集合住宅での最も早い時期の建て替え事例の一つである。平面構成としては、大きく2つのタイプがあることが分かった。1つは、居間を中心としてその周囲に個室が配置されるもので、ファミリー向けとして計画されている。このタイプは、その後に建てられて事例において最も一般的と思われる平面構成であり、早い時期からこの平面構成のタイプが出現していたことが分かる。もう1つのタイプは、2室が玄関から直線状に配列されるものであり、初めのタイプに比べて面積も小さく、小世帯向けに計画されたものである。住まい方調査からは、1つ目のタイプについては満足度も高く、丁寧な住まい方がされている事例が多く見られた。また、隣接する2住戸を連繋させて3世代が居住するなど、伝統的な大家族での生活を行っている事例も確認できた。2つ目のタイプについては、夫婦世帯など少人数でそのコンパクトさを生かした住まい方が見られるとともに、2つの居室のどちらを寝室として用いるかに違いがあり、居住者に合わせた柔軟性があることが分かった。一方で、ファミリー世帯も入居しており、世帯人数が3人を超えると面積的な問題がある事例が多かった。現地共同研究者との議論を通して、これまで調査した住戸の平面構成をいくつかのタイプに整理するとともに特徴をまとめた。住戸内で行われる生活行為と室との関連を分析し、ファミリー向け住戸の平面構成についての計画的要件をまとめた。特に、居間と玄関および共用廊下との関係について注意が必要なことが分かり、住戸内だけでなく、共用廊下も含めた基準階平面についても検討する必要が見いだされた。既往研究データベースは事例の収集を完了したが、セキュリティの問題があり公開を一旦停止している。
