本研究はリスク管理活動に関する残余利益モデル評価の調整方法を検討し、当該活動に係る財務報告のあり方を議論する際の実態的証拠の提供を目的とする。リスク管理活動のモデルへの組込方法に関し、当該活動と簿価の同質性を示した後、管理対象外となる戦略・制度リスク等の影響度の推定とコントロール方法、活動表示区分の問題を検討し、これらの結果を主要リスク要因の企業業績に対する影響をシミュレートした結果と統合し、効果の株価への織込程度を推定した。
