本研究では、急速にグローバル化する異文化企業組織において活躍が期待される専門職業人材の育成に不可欠な要素を明らかにすると同時に、海外有力ビジネススクールにおける異文化適応型MBAプログラムの有効性の分析・検証をおこなった。また、急速に拡大するアジア諸国の労働市場・組織環境において要求される「異文化経営技能」と、既存の伝統的MBA教育カリキュラムが提供する経営技能の整合性を、文献調査および海外有力ビジネススクール等におけるヒアリング調査をもとに分析をおこない、我が国における新たな国際ビジネススクール像を考察・描出した。

The purpose of this study is to express expectations for the rapid transformation of enterprises and organizations with different cultures and the development of professional talents, which are indispensable elements for the development of professional talents. Analysis of the effectiveness of the foreign-culturally adapted MBA program and the effectiveness of the foreign-based MBA programs.また、rapid に拡大するアジア国国の労働Market・Organizational Environment においてRequirementsされる「variation "Transforming business skills" and existing traditional MBA education, Kareem University provides the integration of business skillsを、Literature Survey および Overseas Powerful ビジネススクール et al. Analyze をおこない, 我が国における新たな国际 ビジネススクール resemble をinvestigation and description した.
