项目摘要

We have elucidated three-dimensional structure of the cardiac nerves which originate from sympathetic nerves and distribute to the heart, coursing cardiac arterial and venous gates, Furthermore, we have endeavored to clarify blood vessels coursing in the floor of urinary bladder ; umbilical fold, and in the farciform et round ligaments of liver.Clarification of vagus nerve branches, including cardiac branches, is not difficult, because these branches course only on or in the internal organs. Thereagainst, these sympathetic nerves originate from the sympathetic nerves never to the vertebral columun. Therefore, the cardiac nerves are very numerousness and complex form.Therefore, three-dimensional clarification of these cardiac nerves is very difficult. Especially, the anatomical area in human bodies is exceedingly large, including adipose. We have developed technology in order to stain nerves and vessels.
