项目摘要

本研究では,地域における高齢者が参画する子育て支援プログラムに参加する母親を対象としてその特徴や育児負担感との関連について検討した。研究の最終年度となる平成19年度は,(1)調査結果の分析・まとめ,(2)研究協力機関との討議,(3)成果発表,(4)調査報告書の作成を行った。地域において高齢者が参画している子育て支援プログラムとして本研究にてとりあげた「子育てサロン」に参加する母親は、参加していない者と比べて子どもが一人のみで非就労であるなどの特徴が挙げられた。また育児負担感との関連については、子育てサロンに参加している母親は「アイデンティティ喪失に対する脅威」をより感じていた。しかしながら、今回の横断調査からは厳密には言えないものの、子育てサロン参加者では参加回数が多い者の方が少ない者より育児負担感が低くなる傾向がみられ、参加開始時には育児負担感が高いものの、参加を重ねることにより低くなるといった効果が予測され、今後さらなる検討が必要と考えられた。研究協力機関とは本結果をもとにプログラム内容等について討議を行い、今後継続して効果的なプログラム等について検討していく予定である。さらに地域における子育て支援活動に参画する高齢者の特徴や参加を促進する要因についての検討も行っていく計画である。また、本結果は韓国で開催されたThe 1st Korea-Japan joint conference on community health nursingにて成果発表し、日本以上に少子化が深刻である韓国の研究者と意見交換を行った。

This study examined the relationship between maternal traits and parental burden in the context of geographic participation and maternal support. The final year of the study was: (1) Analysis of the results of the study,(2) Discussion of the research cooperation organization,(3) Presentation of the results,(4) Preparation of the study report. In this study, the mother participated in the study, and the child participated in the study. The burden of parenting is related to the threat of parenting. In the cross-section survey, participants tended to participate in the survey more frequently, and participants tended to have lower child-rearing burden. Participants tended to have higher child-rearing burden at the beginning of the survey, and participants tended to have lower child-rearing burden at the beginning of the survey. The research cooperation organization shall discuss the results of this study and the contents of the study in the future, and determine the results of the study in the future. The characteristics of the participants in the regional education support activities and the participation in the promotion are due to the discussion and implementation of the project. The 1st Korea-Japan joint conference on community health nursing was held in South Korea.
